The Prop 8 Saga Continues
A great overview of yesterday’s appeal of Judge Walker’s overturning of Prop 8. The only argument actually made against marriage equality was presented by one of the judges (children are “better” with mother and a father) and, as Mr. Olson pointed out, was directly refuted at trial.
